Why is it that the majority of waterproofing sealants require a dry surface? I recently went to a big box hardware store and many of them require this. If the roof is leaking, wouldn’t that mean that the surface is wet? What about if it’s supposed to rain tomorrow? One TDS I found said to not apply it if it is supposed to rain within the next 24 hours. The hybrid technology behind our Tytan Professional Coat & Seal allows it to be used even on wet surfaces. You don’t even need a primer.
