Most mobile homes are about 14 feet by 60 feet. That’s about 840 board feet to cover. With our Tytan Professional Thermospray, you would need about three and a half cases. This does depend on how thick you want your insulation to be. So, when I say a “board foot”, that is a square foot at one inch depth. At one inch thick, each case covers about 252 board feet. So, you are looking at about a $750 cost for this sort of DIY job. The real benefit here is that you don’t need the professional rig.
