MS 35 Hybrid Sealant
Description
Single-component medium modulus elastomeric sealant based on MS polymer. It cures at air temperature in contact with humidity.

Easy to apply from 5°C to +50°C
Adheres without primer to virtually all modern construction materials
Neutral. Non-corrosive to metals, and applicable on alkaline surfaces
Does not stain the sides of the joint
Remains flexible from –40°C to +90°C
Paintable, excellent UV resistance
Adheres on damp surfaces
Anti-mold. It does not blacken
Applications
EALING all kind of joints in construction:
Aluminium carpentry, PVC or wood,
Floor joints,
Gutters, bathrooms, tubes, skylights, cracks and fissures,
Sealing of joints in immersion in irrigation channels. (Previous priming of concrete with Primer C-27),
Sealing in caravans and automotive
Bonding
Metal and plastic surfaces, insulation panels, chipboard or wood, roof tiles
Industrial bodywork, boats and caravans
