Description
TYTAN WINS Fix self-expanding tape is a ready-to-use product for jamb sealing. It creates a vapor-permeable coating (zone 1) that regulates the migration of moisture from the window gap to the external environment of the building which prevents foam deterioration. It is chemically neutral and adheres to most building materials. Due to its flexibility, it is used to seal joints between door frames and reveals in the TYTAN WINS Fix system, wherever there is a jamb.
In combination with the TYTAN WINS Flex insulating foam and the TYTAN WINS internal liquid foil, TYTAN WINS Fix tape creates a water and wind resistant window connection that prevents energy loss risk of fungal growth and condensate accumulation.
Compatible with substrates made of aluminium, PVC, wood, silicates, concrete, cellular concrete, ceramic hollow bricks, bricks, plasters, etc. It does not react with PU foam and sealants based on MS Polymers.
