One-component waterproofing compound based on hybrid polymers and bitumen dedicated to sealing the lower zone of windows and exterior doors at foundations, balconies and terraces, on the outside of the building. It has very good adhesion to building materials such as PVC, aluminum, wood, tar paper, polystyrene foam, XPS, concrete, purenit, polyurethane foam; and high resistance to changing weather conditions, UV and standing water.
