Tytan Professional Coat & Seal is an elastic hybrid mastic coating based on silicone MS technology which cures at ambient temperature by reaction with humidity. Designed for waterproofing and renovation of gutters, chimneys, skylights, ventilation outlets, repairing leakage points and general roof repairs.
