TYTAN PROFESSIONAL Ultra Fast 70 is a high-performance new generation foam that is 30% based on renewable raw materials. The foam is an excellent solution for the installation of joinery as well as in other construction works requiring short installation time and high efficiency.
TYTAN PROFESSIONAL Ultra Fast 70 is characterized by high efficiency up to 77 liters and low post-expansion. The modern formula allows pre-processing in less than 20 minutes. Full cure time is 1.5 hours which allows installer to proceed to the next installation steps. The good foam structure provides very high up to 63 dB acoustic and thermal insulation. The foam is resistant to mold and mildew as well as to high and low temperatures.

All given parameters were taken at 23°C and 50% humidity. The final result largely depends on the amount of foam applied, can temperature, application surface, quality of equipment used and skills of the installer. For gaps wider than 3 cm, parameter values may differ from those declared in the technical data table. 20 minutes cutting time and processing after 1.5 h can be achieved by "wet" application e.g. dampening the surface before application and immediately after foam application at a minimum temperature of +20°C.
